All airline reservations, hotel bookings and car rental reservations are made on our American Airlines Sabre Computer Reservations System. We have 6 terminals in the office. We can check availability and confirm reservations within seconds. The system has direct access into all major world airlines computer reservation system. We work in the actual airlines system which therefore shows last seat availability and enables us to allocate seat numbers and arrange special meals or assistance as if you were speaking with that airline direct.

Once the booking was confirmed to your satisfaction, we confirm the booking by fax or Email. This would eliminate any potential error that might have been made from mis-spelling of traveller's name to date of travel.

All airline tickets are issued by ourselves from our computer reservation system and this again rules out any human error and also presents tickets in a legible and tidy format. All tickets are accompanied with a detailed itinerary from our own database developed by a local computer software company.

As well as printing travel documents and an auto fax facility as the information is stored on our own database any query you may have at any time in the future we can access at a moments notice. Therefore if we are asked to book the same hotel or obtain the same seat number that traveller Mr X had last year when he travelled to Kuala Lumpur we can find that information efficiently. Most other travel agents would have to wade through reams of paper stored away in a filing cabinet as the airline systems themselves irradicate any information 24 hours after flight departure.

About the Staff

The staff at Destinations are all mature experienced travel consultants. The majority of the staff members have been with the Company since its inception. We pride ourselves on the low level of staff turnover and the high level of staff morale. We have tried to create a happy and harmonious working atmosphere which we feel is reflected in the level of service we provide and the courteous manner in which we handle each enquiry.
